Deposit limits, cool-off, and self-exclusion
Quriousbit Games offers three layers of player protection. (1) Deposit limits: you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes 7 days to increase and applies immediately to decrease. (2) Cool-off: a 24-hour cool-off button that locks you out of paid contests while leaving your account accessible for withdrawals. (3) Self-exclusion: a permanent block on your account, with a 7-day cooling period before activation and a 1-year minimum commitment.
We follow the AIGF Responsible Play Code and the National Responsible Gambling Council guidelines. All three tools are free, available 24/7 from the Responsible Play screen in the app, and reversible only at the end of the self-exclusion period.

State-level restrictions
Fantasy cricket is a skill game and is legal in 26 of 28 Indian states. Quriousbit Games geo-blocks the two states where the legal status is ambiguous or restricted: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We also block Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, and Nagaland as a precaution, even though the legal status varies by district.
If you are in a blocked state, you cannot create an account. If you move to a blocked state while you have an active account, we will close the account and refund your wallet balance to the original payment method within 7 business days.

What is the cool-off period?
The cool-off is a 24-hour block on paid contests that you can activate instantly from the Responsible Play screen. During cool-off, you can still log in, view past contests, and withdraw funds. After 24 hours, the block lifts automatically. There is no penalty for using cool-off.
How do I self-exclude?
Open the Responsible Play screen in the app, tap 'Self-exclude', confirm your decision. The 7-day cooling period begins, after which your account is permanently closed for a minimum of 1 year. Your wallet balance is refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of the cooling period end.
Can I set a deposit limit?
Yes. Open the Responsible Play screen, tap 'Deposit limit', choose daily, weekly, or monthly, and set the amount. The limit takes 7 days to increase (to prevent impulsive increases during a losing streak) and applies immediately to decrease.
