Info: Withdrawals

Quriousbit withdrawal: UPI in 6-24 hours, IMPS in 30 minutes, fee-free once a week.

For amounts under ₹2,000 use UPI — it's instant to most banks and avoids the NEFT batch window. Above ₹15,000 use IMPS for the same-day guarantee.

Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. The median end-to-end time from tap-to-withdraw to money-in-bank is 6 hours for UPI, 30 minutes for IMPS, and 18 hours for NEFT.

Why is my withdrawal pending?

Six reasons a withdrawal may be pending. (1) KYC not yet approved — the median is 1 hour 47 minutes,

but some take up to 24 hours. (2) Withdrawal amount exceeds the bonus turnover requirement — bonus balance must be turned over 1x before withdrawal. (3) Withdrawal amount exceeds the deposit total — you can only withdraw up to your deposit + winnings, not the bonus balance. (4) Account flagged for review — typically due to a name or PAN mismatch, resolved within 24 hours.

(5) Bank server downtime — rare, resolves in 2-6 hours when the bank comes back online. (6) Public holiday — NEFT and IMPS are paused on RBI holidays. UPI works 24/7 even on RBI holidays, which is why we recommend UPI for time-sensitive withdrawals.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Minimum withdrawal is ₹100 via UPI, ₹500 via IMPS, and ₹1,000 via bank transfer (NEFT). The first withdrawal per week is fee-free. Subsequent withdrawals have a ₹10 platform fee, waived for amounts above ₹10,000.

How long does a UPI withdrawal take?

UPI withdrawals on Quriousbit clear in 6 to 24 hours, with a median of 6 hours. UPI works 24/7, including weekends and RBI holidays, which is why we recommend UPI for time-sensitive withdrawals.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The most common reason is a name mismatch between your bank account holder name and your PAN/Aadhaar name. Other reasons: KYC not yet approved, bonus turnover not completed, withdrawal amount exceeds available balance, or bank server downtime. The in-app notification includes the specific reason and the fix.

Can I withdraw to a different bank account than my deposit account?

Yes. The withdrawal bank account does not need to match the deposit account. However, the bank account holder name must match your KYC name exactly. Joint accounts are not supported — the account must be a single-holder savings or current account in your name.

Are there any taxes on winnings?

Yes. Under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, net winnings above ₹10,000 in a financial year are subject to a 30% TDS. Quriousbit deducts the TDS at the time of withdrawal and issues a Form 16A. You can claim the TDS as a credit when filing your ITR.
